I am still absent ... mostly

It's been the March Marathon month. I had the Major Event during the first week. The second week I was in California, helping my sister. The third and fourth weeks, I was in Pennsylvania because my mother-in-law died.

Now we're starting the 5th week and I'm keeping my fingers crossed nothing goes wrong. I'd like one week at home before I have to travel again (!) I'm not tempting Fate (or God, as Brenda would say) by making any plans, but I'm hoping really hard that I don't have to dig out my bag for at least 2 weeks.

So Happy Easter to you all and here's hoping I'll be back next month with some writing news. I'm getting tired of all the other kind!

My sympathies, JL. My mother-in-law passed away mid month and we are just now starting to get back to normal. It is a long process.

Sincerest sympathy to all who've had recent losses. Very difficult. Eight years ago, we lost my mom. Seven months later, we lost Hubs' mom. Then a year later, we lost his aunt (who was like another mom). I still miss those three.

JL, I hope your life settles down.
