What a great concept, helping widows and children in ways the lost family member would have. A lovely post. Your book sounds great, too.

Love the blog! What a great way to help those that fought for their country. One forgets at times those left behind.
As for Holly and the Millionaire, I have just downloaded it to my kindle. Next on my list to read...after the research I'm in the midst of. (Great Price on Amazon for my kindle by the way for anyone interested)

The Legacy Organization sounds like a really wonderful resource for widows. Kudos to them!

Isn't it funny how some of our characters stick with us long after we've finished writing their story? I'd say Holly qualifies as a woman of achievement!

Holly and the Millianaire sounds like a wonderful book. You've done your part to highlight the suffering of a war widdow. I'm excited to read it!

The Leagacy Organization sounds like the kind of group the world needs more of (pardon the dangling participle)-- compassionate, yet emminently practical. I don't know of anything comparable in the States.

Hi Ladies,
Thanks you so much for your comments. I have to say that Legacy is indeed a wonderful organization. They were so good to my mum after dad died. They truly don't get the accolades that they deserve.

Margaret
