Sounds like a perfect escape, Brenda! I took a peek at a sample on Amazon, and I'm hooked!
Whew! High drama. I've thought often that this present political mess has pushed the stakes too high to believe-and cranks up the premises for those of us who write fiction. Just when we think the situation becomes the height of disaster, a new one comes...and makes it hard for us to figure out where to say 'stop.' (Or how to stop it) Glad you got out some of your angst in this book!
Real fiction, or should you call it alternative facts? LOL It sounds like an exciting read, Brenda!
Calvin's son, who lives in Berlin, told us how much our new head of state is hated over there. The signs put up about him. I already have your book on my Kindle. I'm reading a historical now about WW II. Then it's up next.
Good stuff, Brenda, good stuff.
Oh wow, I'm hooked! Sounds like a great read.
Thanks all for the comments. I've been without much Internet access so just checking in. Funny thing...I started this book before all the current hullabaloo. When it released I thought "weird timing." Not sure if it helps or hurts but it's one of those stranger than truth things.
