It was fun, as always. I don't care to have a vegetable garden, yet love the homegrown goods. Corn on the cob is one of my favorite veggies. I love eating it plain. No butter or salt, unless it lacks the sweetness it should have.Jody Vitekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06092200862551317755noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-6572859231891061962013-09-29T13:13:16.665-04:002013-09-29T13:13:16.665-04:00Sorry I missed you yesterday, Jody. Nothing like sweet Jersey corn right off the stalk. :-) Leah St. Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11004006100786260893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-2196066385008679312013-09-28T17:47:05.568-04:002013-09-28T17:47:05.568-04:00Jannine, thanks for having me here again. It's too bad the farms are disappearing, but it's great that you've captured the essence of farm life for future generations to enjoy.
:)

Leslie
falcondraco (at) hotmail (dot) comAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-26286558813551082932013-09-28T13:17:23.838-04:002013-09-28T13:17:23.838-04:00Welcome Jody! I have vivid memories of going out to see the lambs in the spring. I thought they were so cute, but stinky.
Alison Hendersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12725250883303287946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-59388713453338728742013-09-28T09:50:17.725-04:002013-09-28T09:50:17.725-04:00Margo thanks for confirming my memories are still ...Margo thanks for confirming my memories are still accurate about the farm. Liz, I'm glad you got to experience the farm life once in awhile. Cows are fun and fascinating animals. It was a true working farm so we got to go drive in the cows from the fields and help milk them and then feed the pigs and chickens. There was a haymow and lots of room for running around. We didn't get to go but once in a while--but it was always an awesome time! Glad you got to spin your memories into a story--can't wait to read it!LizbethSelvighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14068753571254601527noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-48426645376366051852013-09-28T09:18:44.637-04:002013-09-28T09:18:44.637-04:00Welcome Jody.
