In hotels, I can't remember which direction to turn when I step off an elevator. In doctor offices, I can't recall how to get back to the check out desk. I'm not great outdoors, but for some reason, indoors is really a challenge. :) Ancient curse sounds fantastic. I thought I was alone in this. And, yes, when we're in a car and Calvin asks me which way, he knows enough to give me time to look down at my hands before I reply. Great, helpful post to those of us who are challenged in this way.Vonnie Davis ~ Romance Authorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07360480832587538895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9023937099212820339.post-82514241920319950972014-08-07T12:41:44.385-04:002014-08-07T12:41:44.385-04:00Hi Jannine,

It isn't an automatic reflex for me. And don't even get me started on north, west, etc. If someone tells me to go south at a certain point, I'd probably end up in Canada. That must be so difficult. Truly. I have no excuse/reason for my lack of directional ability though. :-) I once got lost in my in-laws' neighborhood (where I'd been many, many times) because I walked in the opposite direction around the area. I had to ask some city maintenance workers to point me toward their street. (Sigh.) This was back in the dark ages of course...you know, before everyone had cell phones attached to a body part. :-) <br /><br />"Ancient Curse" sounds terrific!Leah St. Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11004006100786260893noreply@blogger.com
